All purchases from SovaLova LA Concept Store are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, materials and photographs carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us at connect@sovalovala.com.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is materially different from its product description due to our error, or you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@sovalovala.com.

For apparent transit damage, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible. This helps us document the damage and make any necessary claim with the carrier or insurer.

Please provide:

your order number;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs of the item and the issue; and
photographs of the packaging where relevant.

Please retain the item and original packaging while we review the matter.

Where an item was supplied damaged, defective or incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, this may include repair, replacement or refund.

Where an authorised return is required because of an issue for which SovaLova is responsible, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The requested 48-hour notification period does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Handmade, Artist-Made and Natural Materials

Many SovaLova items are handmade, artist-made, produced in small editions or made using natural materials.

Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, form or dimensions that are consistent with the product description and nature of the item are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear somewhat different depending on your screen or device.

Damage After Delivery

SovaLova is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery in good condition where caused by misuse, improper handling, improper installation, unsuitable storage or environmental conditions, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.
